I called Friday afternoon, received a quote around dinner time Friday, my roof is clean by late morning on Saturday… Did a fantastic job. The roof looks brand new, I highly recommend it in self wash.

Absolutely incredible job!!! My mom's white metal roof was black with alge and looked awful. Now is bright white and shiny again. Overall great experience, wonderful professional and couldn't recommend them more

Called Bradley for a whole house soft wash and he came out on a Saturday morning. He did a great and professional job at a reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Wish I had some before/after pics, but didn’t think of it.

Indian River Softwash did a thorough and fantastic job of washing all 2000 sq feet of travertine tile/pavers and sealing them. It looks brand new even though they were installed 4 years ago. Bradley, the owner of softwash, was professional, neat, and helpful with other home projects. I highly recommend Bradley and will continue to hire him as needed in the future.

Mr. Treco came on a Saturday since it was the only day I was available. He soft-washed the exterior of my gutters and tile roof. Overall he did a great job making them look new again by removing all the dirt and grime over the years. I was very pleased with his work and provided fair pricing. I would highly recommend him! He is nice and has a calm demeanor. I’m also looking to wash my exterior home perimeter so I’ll be reaching to him for that!

We hired Indian River Softwash (Bradley) to seal pavers on our lanai. He came first to introduce himself, explain the process to us and gave us a commitment date for the work which was the next Saturday. He was punctual, very thorough in cleaning the pavers and removing mold that had formed in some places and preparing the pavers for sealing. Because of bad weather, the sealing was postponed. When the weather finally cooperated, the work was completed. Bradley also moved out and back the heavy lanai furniture.

We highly recommend Indian River Softwash.
